Salicornia Studio, founded by designer Federico Rizzo in 2023, is a visual hub focused on conceptual innovation and material research. Rooted in a Southern Italian mindset, yet shaped by an international practice, Salicornia develops objects, environments, and sensory experiences that re-frame our relationship with food, habitats, and traditions. With projects spanning cultural, retail, and performative contexts, Salicornia Studio follows a hands-on approach, developing designs from early research and prototyping to technical drawing and on-site production. Educated at Design Academy Eindhoven, the practice is experienced in collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and translating conceptual frameworks into clear, buildable spatial and material solutions
